The manager of Sun High Orchards in Randolph who allegedly groped two 17-year-old workers has been sentenced to three years probation. According to the Daily Record, Phil Green, aka Farmer Phil, pled guilty to two counts of fourth-degree abuse-neglect of a child.
Green was arrested in September after the teen workers reported the incidents to police. One of the victims reportedly told officers that Green touched her breasts over her shirt and put his hand down her shirt to touch her breasts.
Brenda Bostrom, owner of Sun High Orchards and Green's wife, allegedly suspended her husband from his job following his arrest.
The 60-year-old's probation reportedly has two conditions: that he undergo psychosexual treatment and not have any unsupervised contact with minor employees at the farm.
