Fitting Your Sunglasses or Reading Glasses' Frames at Home (Easy How-to!)

I've got just enough of a nose bridge to wear glasses though mostly I need glasses that have nose pads.

When I'm wearing inexpensive sunglasses bought off the rack (non-prescription), I had continually adjusting the fit for comfort. Did you know you can do that and don't have to feel like the frames you like "are not made for (my) face"!

It may not work for every material though try it or make an appointment with your eye doctor and ask for suggestions from friends and family.

Also, a few years ago, I had an updated prescription to progressive lenses and TRUST, I felt like I was looking into the future!

My eye doctor had great tips and just in case your vision is changing to need this type of glasses, this video is handy, too.
