Olympic Runner Knocks Over Rivals' Water Bottles in Sweltering Marathon

  • French runner Morhad Amdouni is likely the most hated runner in sports this week after knocking over a row of water bottles at the Olympics men's marathon before grabbing the last one for himself.
  • Video captured Amdouni knocking down the row of water bottles at a hydration station while competing in Sapporo, Japan's sweltering heat Sunday.
  • The runner's getting his own heat over social media, with people calling the move bad sportsmanship. Pierce Morgan tweeted that Amdouni should win the "gold medal for biggest d*ckhead of the Tokyo Olympics."
  • Others are defending Amdouni, saying it was just an accident.
  • Amdouni finished 17th in the race while Kenya's Eliud Kipchoge took gold, winning his second consecutive Olympics marathon.
