After Deepfake Vid, Tom Holland says no thx to "Back to the Future" Remake

After being inserted into a deepfake remake of Back to the Future, does Tom Holland think that starring in an actual remake of the classic '80s flick is his density--I mean, his destiny? Great Scott, no! "I would not be interested because that is a perfect movie," the 23-year-old Holland told ET on Tuesday. However, he did claim that Michael J. Fox's iconic performance in that film inspired his work in 2017's Spider-Man: Homecoming. "When I first got Spider-Man, my goal was to be my generation's Marty McFly," Holland explained. "When I was on the press tour, a journalist said to me, 'You realize you're like Marty McFly in this movie?' And I was like, 'Done.'" The deepfake clip, which went viral this week, shows the faces of Holland and Avengers co-star Robert Downey Jr. inserted into a clip from the 1985 movie with Fox and Christoper Lloyd.
