This week has proven that Hawaii overall is prepared to move in case of emergency and thankfully, many have been spared the heaviest rains and flooding.
As of today (September 13, 2018 - Thursday), water runoff and flooding under a relatively clear sky is related to (now) Tropical Depression Olivia! - while we needed a break from the humidity, the rains certainly granted that!
