60 Second Meditation: Festival for World Peace Bell in Waimalu

My video hobby continues as this was taken in mid-April 2020.

I tend to move my camcorder all over the place! Using a tripod, I'm learning to let what is happening in the frame breathe and in turn, I'm remembering to relax...one minute of inhale, exhale, repeat...focusing on the bell...breathe.

You can restart the video and gaze at the leaves moving ever so slightly in the breeze.

Wonderful thing about this little video is when you repeat it, your eyes discover something new (like when the first droplet of rain hits the lens)!
