Looking Back at the "Best of 2017"

No shortage of opinions for The Best of this past year! IMHO, there was so much to enjoy that the list reads as The List of The Best To Yet Experience And I'm Ready!

Honolulu Magazine's 2018 HALE 'AINA AWARDS has top nods for our varied restaurant and dining industry. This marked the thirty-fourth year of recognizing favorites in cocktails, fine dining and places to enjoy brunch.

Honolulu Star Advertiser's HAWAII'S BEST 2017 includes food, people of note and activities for all islands and lifestyles.

Hawaii Magazine's TOP FIVE BEACHES IN HAWAII shares faves for locals and visitors alike, as selected by readers of the publication.

Thrillist's BEST LOCAL OAHU BUSINESSES TO SUPPORT IN 2017 was posted up in January and I thought by checking it out, we'd all be reminded to Think Global, Act Local, Shop-Shop-Shop!

Our islands were seen on the big screen - and screening devices - this past year, including "Marvels Inhumans" and "Jumanji 2" (see below).

2017 was great for those who LOVE Jo Koy! This stand up comedian has visited Hawaii and played to adoring fans over the years...and this past November, he had thirteen Sold Out shows - 11 at the Blaisdell Concert Hall, 2 at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center. Amaze!

I've seen him perform live and he leaves it all. on. the. stage. He's fun, energizing and his fans return it right back. Congratulations to him and his team...

Pictures or it didn't happen ahahaha!

Lots of great moments going out with friends. I enjoyed Chance the Rapper in January and then Duran Duran in November - both live at the Blaisdell Arena and each were too fun :)

Wishing you best happy times and successes and have a Happy New Year!!!
